New Beginning operates as an integrated real estate investment and asset management platform. The Firm is not authorised or regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland unless expressly stated in relation to a specific investment vehicle or activity. The Firm operates in reliance on applicable exemptions under Irish and EU financial services law.
3. PROFESSIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR RESTRICTION
In accordance with the EU Retail Investment Strategy (RIS) and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD II), this Site is intended for the exclusive use of Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties as defined under Annex II of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II).
